DeeBeezy Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago I live in London and I travel to the US a lot. I'm in Miami next month, last time I was there I brought 30 Cubans in a Tupperware. Is this illegal? How do you travel into the US with Cuban cigars when visiting on vacation?

I've never personally had an issue with bringing Cubans back, though most of my experience is through cruising. But I still go through customs, nonetheless. If you're that worried about it some people just take the bands off and put em back on after you're clear. 2
Ford2112 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I travel in and out of the US and usually have Cubans in my carry on. Never had a problem. 2

Unlikely an issue. Generally not a problem for loose numbers. However: Deband Right now is not the best time for a foreigner to be caught coming into US carrying Cuban cigars 1 1

I am a US citizen - does this make it worse or better?
Dmaclv Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Do Not bring boxes and have them in plastic bags tucked away in checked luggage. Always works for me. 1
Jimmy2x Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I bring 3 to four boxes at a time every year for decades, stickers and all. Usually only one box per piece of luggage. I don't claim them on the customs form. Never had an issue. 1

However you are flying into Miami where several here have had issues over the past year. Small number of sticks. Roll the dice. 3
Çnote Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I wouldn't do it via Miami. 12 hours ago, DeeBeezy said: Is this a must? I can't be smoking a Robustos Supremos without any bands.
