After what happened in Tijuana a few years back, has anyone here actually ventured to buy a Habanos product in a Mexican La Casa del Habanos store?

I was in Tijuana a while back and made some purchases at the LCdH. No boxes, just singles. Seemed kosher to me.

Yes, I’ve bought in Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City. Both seem legit.

Don't remember any names, but they weren't busy at all, negotiated everything down from the sticker prices and were a hoot to hang out with for an hour.

I've been to PV and Cozumel a dozen times each over the years and its always a blast hanging out in the lounge. I've never personally seen any shenanigans and everything I've purchased from them has smoked great. I've only ever seen second hand and word of mouth claims online of wrong doings.
