There is a subtle difference in the way the data is entered into the database - Medaille d’Or Especial uses a ’ (right single quotation mark) while Quai d'Orsay uses a ' (apostrophe). They have said it targeted for resolution by the end of the month.

I would like to see box location in the search like we used to have before!!

Not keen on the shortened two letter box location description, ‘’TH, PT, CH’’ etc. makes me think hard about geo abbreviations.

I get that one too but I've got a watchlist of 15 or so cigars and I used to get an email whenever a seller listed one of those boxes on my watchlist. I haven't had one in months.

There is the Daily New Listings email, which goes out daily, and the Watchlist emails which go out on demand when specific items you have highlighted are listed. Both have had issues since the new BR launched. The Daily one should have been fixed for some time and I can see in the logs that you are getting those.

The issues with the Watch list have been back and forth with the developers a few times and fixes haven't been fully effective.

At the moment I believe it should be working for watchlist items that were created in the last month or so, but if your entries were created months ago they might not be working.

We have a fix going out next week that should hopefully resolve everything.

I’ve been running into a recurring issue when using the Bond Roberts site, specifically with the “previously sold items” search. In many cases, the system returns no results, even when I know there is relevant sales history. When I search for the same box or item on Google, I can find multiple previously sold Bond Roberts lots that don’t appear in the site’s results.

This inconsistency makes it difficult to rely on the platform for accurate comps and historical pricing. It would be helpful to understand whether this is a search functionality limitation, a data indexing issue, or something else that can be improved to allow users to access a more complete sales history directly within the site.

Thanks. Can you please give a specific example of a search term that isn't working?

As many others posted we had a few issues with Quai d'Orsay and some other things, but as far as I know it should be all resolved now.

Of course. Please see the attachment. I always use the drop-down selections to avoid spelling issues or issues with special characters. I often get "no records found," even when I check "ALL" in Release Type, Delivery To, and Current Location. Also, when selecting Cohiba, Ambar, from the drop-down, the system will not populate the packaging type.

Yup...Although it only seems to work if I don't choose the packaging. If I choose the packaging it returns nothing! So that must be the data issue. @ATGroom
