1.  A lot of the problems have been fixed now but I still believe that the mobile first screen should start with cigars not the menu of choices. You should get there by sliding.  

2. A quick link in action menu to advanced search. 

3. When you follow a cigar, it should ask you if you want to add it to your following items 

4.Having a list of lost bids is gone 

5. I hope photos will be added back in your won and lost bids. I assume it is being staged in

6. When somebody choose many countries to deliver to, is so hard to read in a scrolling list.

Amen to #4! This was the most important item to me when bidding - having a history on what you previously had bid and it's result. I mentioned this and was told it would be put into the development process, but it remains to be done. I'm holding off on bidding for the time being, and I believe it will be addressed when the priority issues are fixed, fingers crossed.

Do I need to do something to start receiving the daily new auctions email again?  They stopped with the launch of the new site.

I miss being able to search 50 auctions at once, having click next page > next page and then waiting for load times really ends up taking a long time … especially when you can’t filter the boxes by what’s strategically located in your country re: (US only) example.

I do not see at which price an auction ended when it's closed, or whether the reserve was met or not...just says auction closed and that's it.

Don't know if I am the only one with that or not.

Also, it would be nice when you click a cigar in the list to see the details and want to go back, to go back to same spot. Not the beginning.

I noticed in the description of partial boxes I can't see how many are in the box from the listing unless I open it up and turn my phone sideways. Basically description is cut off with no way to expand it. I'm guessing that's probably not an issue on the computer

It appears to me that only happens on listings that did not meet the reserve, but I could be wrong. Either way would be something I'd wanna know.

Interesting idea. Might make the UI for this a bit clunky if it has a popup each time you follow something. I'll have a think about how to make it work.

Was a bit of a delay copying the files as it was a very large number. They should be appearing now.

You shouldn't ever need to read the whole list as the system won't let you bid on anything that can't deliver to your country. Agree it's pretty ugly though when someone chooses half the atlas. Will see what we can do to improve the UX.

Nothing really changed on our end with this, but it appears that a subset of users stopped receiving them. We're investigating.

If it says "sold price" then it sold for that price. If the sold price and the buy it now price match, it sold via buy it now. If it just says "auction closed" it didn't sell.

It currently doesn't say the high bid for auctions that didn't sell. We'll add that in.

This affects listings that have especially long titles that break over three lines on mobile (mostly special releases, regional edition et al). We're working on a fix.

Also not being able to see auctions that have closed, either ones that I have watched or bid on and lost.

The email notifications we receive for a new bid on our listings, starts 

'Hi xxx,'

instead of our username, it lists the bid amount. so if I've received bids of let's say 250 to 275 then 300. I'll get 3 emails which go...

hi, 250

hi, 275

hi, 300

Have you ever considered doing a 'block' feature for sellers? I get some weird requests/questions at times, with attitude, and most auction sites allow you to just block these bidders, when it seems like they're going to potentially give you issues. It would be nice to utilize every now and then.

Don't know that we've ever discussed it, but I'll put it on the list for consideration.

If you feel someone crosses the line then feel free to report them to admin. We have a pretty low tolerance for anti-social behaviour.

Sounds good thank you! It’s not so much ‘crossing the line’, but I’ve had buyers grill me with 10+ questions in back to back to back messages about the smallest of details, and I just knew if they won there would be a complaint upon receiving (such as a scratch on the box, or label, stuff entirely acceptable and expected haha). Just would prefer to not sell to an individual such as this when it’s too much and unreasonable expectations. Especially if shipping internationally.

Right now if you are winning a bid an hour before closing, you get the same message that everyone following gets to act. But you are the winning bid, you just get another message to congratulate you and maybe tell you keep an eye on the auction.

Advanced Search isn't working as far as I can tell. I did a manual search for SLR Adamastor and found four boxes. When I did an advanced search it turned up zero.

Were all the boxes from 2025? You are searching through 2024.

I've worked it out. When I open a search, the site defaults to 2024 in the 'TO' field and not 2025...

You're right! Just noticed why it's happening. I'll change the field manually in future.
