Hello all,

Did HdM update their DC band in 2025 or are these fugazi? Take note of the sides of the band: They now say Habana and Cuba.

Thanks

Hi John. Always grateful for your input. Are you aware of a band change?

No, I'm not aware of a specific band change for the Hoyo de Monterrey Double Corona. If I recall correctly, it's the only vitola in the Hoyo de Monterrey range that utilises Band A.

In my mind, the bands on those cigars look legitimate, especially due to their embossing. I'm confident it's something that @ATGroom will research and confirm/disconfirm in time.

In the meantime, rest assured that different bands on this cigar has come up on our forum before.

They look good to me and as we always say - know your source. If it’s a trusted source you are getting authentic Havana cigars 99.9% of the time.
