CRESSMAN'S COUNSELLOR CAST-IRON TABLE-TOP CIGAR LIGHTER, medium green urn-form glass font on a rounded cast-iron base with an advertising section lettered "CRESSMAN'S / COUNSELLOR / 5c CIGAR / PHILADELPHIA.", one side retains an added cylindrical holder with a dip, retains the original punched-tin shade reading "COUNSELLOR". Retains the original polychrome painted surface. Late 19th/early 20th century. 12" HOA, 7 3/4" WOA, 8" DOA.
