Real or fake Cohiba Behike?

Brought a box from a La Casa del Habano. All had pigtails except one and only only blue dot lights up under the light not 4 what you think? (Box code matches up.)

I'm certainly no expert, but I've got severe doubts about these. I don't trust that those bands are legit based on the photos.

I dont know about the bands, but those don't look tripple capped. especially the 2nd/3rd pic. What LCDH are these from? How much?

Agree on the caps too. I'd expect to see holograms on the band rings as well which aren't apparent. I don't have enough info to call it, but they're too suspicious for me to pay top coin.

You better believe if I'm paying $3,000 for a box of cigars its coming with every factura, shipping docket, transit papers, passport, multi-pass, and anti-tamper seals under the sun lol. We all know certain LCDHs have been put on notice so curious which ones these are supposedly from.

I'd be curious to see photos of the box; front and back. And photos with UV light of the seal on the box and of the bands. There are a couple of concerns about the bands, but could also just be Cuba QC. (yeah, yeah. I know the bands aren't manufactured in Cuba but you get my point). 

@1ijones027 <moderated>? Can you upload more photos? Serial number, box stamp on bottom, UV photos, box seal photos? All of those would help us better give you a definitive answer.

First of all I want to thank everyone here as this fourm has been by far the most helpful to figure out the legitimacy of this cigar. I brought this box of cigars and box of Diplomaticos, which were great, box of Punch Punch and Siglo IV. I could be wrong but I think the box is legit, codes match up and under the blue light, two circles show up and the symbol, as I'll post here, my bigger concern is the cigars itself, to be clear the box was sealed and I inspected it and the guy opened it in front of me when I brought it, unfortunately I have no Behike to compare it when I saw the cigars and I was relying on the box. If anyone wants more pictures after I post these please request it, as your doing me favor.

There are thousands of online suppliers of cigars around the world. Some good, some average some thieves. This board does not discuss any. This country has some of the most stringent defamation laws in the world and I am liable for any lawsuits that come from threads such as "**** sent me fakes". You are intelligent people. Use the PM feature or email me if you have any questions. Where I come across flagrant sellers of fakes I may post it. However, it will be a post coming from me, based on 100% certainty. 

In relation to prices from sources, this can always be done through internal PM between members, which the forum supports. It will not occur on the Forum or Shoutbox. The only exception is when Regionals or specific country cigars are released. These are priced by distributors and are uniform; thus general discussion of the price is permitted but not discussion of a specific vendor.

The box seems okay to me, but what I struggle to understand these days is that people buy their boxes from their suppliers and then rush to forums to validate something they bought as original? What happened to smoking the cigar? If the user is practically certain that their product is good, why ask that on a forum?

Subpar pics, but there’s nothing that would point towards fake for me.

That being said, even legit bands could be slapped on fake cigars. Trust your vendor holds in particular for such cigars. What’s appeasing here, wrappers look absolutely fine, as does their making (side note: don’t expect a “triple cap” in a pig-tail cigar).

It's always suspicious to me when you ask to evaluate the authenticity, but provide low-quality cut photos and don't provide any indirect evidence. Answer the following questions: 

• Is there a microprint on the warranty seal? Is there a factory seal under the warranty seal? 
• How is the corner of the cedar veneer trimmed?

The box checks out. It's the cigar that was the question. I smoked it and if it's fake, then it's a good one. The question was posed before I bought it, but as we know, it takes time for people to respond.
