No worries, my first FOH amigo gave me the OJT (talking to you Scott, thanks mate!) and here we go… Hello fellow FOH, how should we start? How about, I love a big Ash! Want to know more please see my profile pic. What’s IN* my humidor? Cohiba Robustos Genios & Secretos, R&J Churchill, Punch Punch, Monte 4 and 5, Partagas Serie D4, and more. Cigarillos? Yeah, smoke them too - Cohiba, Monte, R&J. Currently, the word IN my humidor is aspirational. Working on that along with my other shortcomings! While partial to a Cuban, and at first by necessity, enjoy SOME new worlds. MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured Fat Molly (56 ring, a thick girl), Nub Maduro, and when slumming Swisher Sweets. A few more make this list but can’t recall names. Still by necessity, continue to try new smokes and learned one person’s 97 could be my 79. And in trying new things, sometimes get way outside the comfort zone and get a beatin. Got my ash kicked by AJ Fernandez and his wicked Punch Diablo. If I wrote this intro last month would have stopped here. Now through FOH discovered Fabrica5. Ordered the sampler pack and with only a two day journey to my Florida home enjoyed many ROTT. While I’ve only had a fraction of other world sticks, in my amateurish sorting these Cuban-ish Fab5’s are another category, in between other world and CC. They are resting now in the same humidor as their thin herd of Cuban brothers & sisters. My creation of this in between category got me thinking on what basis do I dare make this audacious claim? Whoa Nellie, this is my intro and MOFOH 😁 I read with interest the reviews and respect those who can dissect a fine smoke's flavor. For me gots plenty analyzing to do so when it comes to food, drink, and smoke; the extent of my analysis is either like it or I don’t. To quote my intellectual inspiration, that’s all I gotta say about that. In spite of owning hundreds 🙄 of cutters and guillotines I’m a punch cut guy. Then 2025 happened and now swear by the V cut like it was a cure for the common cold. Look forward to chatting with you for many years to come! GJZDAD 1
