Been a good-smoke-enjoyer since 2022.

Daily smoker, especially Cubans. I usually have one with the morning coffee and another one in the afternoon.

I've had some good masters, so I've been accumulating and aging since I started, building up a good collection. I haven't counted them, but there are several thousand, from RGMs to Cohibas. Most of the boxes haven't been touched yet. The oldest one is a Montecristo Media Corona box from 2016 that I've been smoking half way through.

I've been reading the forum for years until one day I decided to register and now participate more actively and learn even more from you all.

Greetings from the Canary Islands, Spain.

Welcome along.

I keep hearing the Spanish prefer cigars fresh!

Thank you. Fresh cigars only for NC. In the case of CC, everyone I know prefer them with 2-5 years of age, depending on the strength.

I'm a member of a Spanish speaking forum and that's also the case for South and Central America. But sure, there was a time when everybody asked for fresh cigars. My theory is that there were no proper humidors to keep them in proper conditions back then. Some old guard may still ask for fresh Cubans but haven't heard of anyone yet.

Cheers.
