1st Vegueros Band Help

I was looking for any information on the year the first Vegueros band was introduced. This is the front and back from my April 1996 Vegueros Especiales No.1 (38 X 7 1/2). This was the last year they used this band. In 1997 Vegueros was established as a brand and they started using the Standard Band A.  Any information would be appreciated.

Those look different the '97 release labels to me. Yours look much older.

It's interesting but the only thing is that I have never seen a Cuban cigar band that did not say HABANA or CUBA somewhere on the bad. Even back to the 70's on the less known bands!
