eaglebear29 Posted February 7 Posted February 7 Have had these just a few days and they smell amazing, no ammonia. Got them in a little pack so no idea the box date. Initial light up: Light cream, the first few draws. A little bit of toasted tobacco and a faint spice. Can’t tell if it’s cinnamon. End of First 3rd: Cream is ramped up. Incredibly smooth and straight cream on the retro hail. Toasted tobacco and slight cinnamon toast with faint hints of cocoa. Mainly toasted tobacco and cream at the end here. Mild in strength with great flavor. End of Second 3rd: 40% cream 20% toast 20% toasted tobacco 10% cacao, and 10% cinnamon with a dash of salt. Just under medium to medium in strength. End of Final 3rd: Now the cream is salty and savory mixed with the ramped up toasted tobacco. Again, savory, very smooth and delicious medium to medium plus at times in strength. Great little Petit Robusto. Final thoughts: Great cigar. No harsh edges and the flavors were replicated in the pipe. Can’t wait for the next one. A great winter smoke, one I’ll reach for when it’s been a few since my last, pretty light and tasty overall. I enjoy how it built especially with that saltiness was amazing. Haven’t got that much salt before. Overall crescendo cigar. Nub/pipe worthy: Absolutely on both. Forgot my corn crutch again, so it went in the pipe a little sooner. Time: 1hr 11min 11 sec on the dot in the slightly cold Alaskan light wind . Score: 92/100 3
