El Presidente Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Ken and I will commence today with a series of reviews on the Partagas Maestra Series. You will see the first one up Friday/Weekend. Single Origen cigars. San Luis. Note, not single finca as has been interpreted by some. Big sticker price which puts many members outside of their comfort zone. Let's put that aside for the time being but we will cover that in the review. I have smoked each several times now and will keep my thoughts to the vid review. For those that have smoked them, what are your thoughts? Image courtesy of HalfWheel. 1
Marco_011t556 Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Not typically Partagas-spicy, earthy. To me, I would prefer a Partagas E2 rather than these new ones. 1
tbelle7 Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Origen - Visually impressive. Wood and Leather. A bit of sweetness at the end. VERY smooth. Enjoyable but not exceptional. 3
gormag38 Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Looking forward to the video review. I've got a single Origen laying around that I haven't really had the urge to smoke. I hope it sucks honestly, because there is almost no way in hell I'm buying a box of these (or rather afford to). What I'm more excited about are some of the Party Aliados I have. Again, haven't gotten around to them but have heard some pretty good things.
BrightonCorgi Posted January 16 Posted January 16 @El Presidente Send me two of each and I do an in-depth review.
