Basing it in Legian tends to suggest that they are angling for a younger crowd. Not sure how many younger, casual smokers will be happy shelling out AUD40-60 (and it's Legian / Kuta so most of the crowd will be earning AUD) for a PSD4.

I would have thought a Seminyak location would have made more sense.

Will be interesting to see how long this LCDH will last in Bali.
