Popular Post JohnS Posted October 26, 2024 Popular Post Posted October 26, 2024 The following article cites @Melloncello, a luxury lifestyle influencer, and her recent health report after smoking cigars for two years. I guess we can take this report with a 'grain of salt' as there are so many variables that can factor in the impact of smoking cigars over a period of time. Make of it what you will... After Years of Smoking Report Shows No Impact on Health Date: 10/25/2024 - Author: Usman Dawood One of the challenges in our industry is the tendency to conflate health issues associated with smoking cigarettes with those of smoking cigars. Because of this, judgment and harsh comments are common for some content creators. Recently, Mel from the UK shared her health report to quiet the naysayers. Recently, YouTuber and luxury lifestyle influencer @Melloncello uploaded a video discussing how smoking cigars has affected her health. Facing a stream of negative comments about potential health risks, Mel responded in an interesting way: by disclosing her health report. The report, produced by Prince Court Medical Centre after a comprehensive health screening, provides detailed information about Mel’s health based on various metrics and includes predictions about her future well-being. The results indicate that Mel is in excellent health, and she confirmed that she informed the doctors of her smoking habits to ensure they were considered during the screening. Nonetheless, the report shows no significant health issues. It’s important to mention that overall lifestyle plays a crucial role in one’s health. Diet, exercise, mental health, and daily habits all have a significant impact. Many people focus on individual habits rather than viewing health holistically. Maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle with moderation is generally advisable. Eating well, getting proper sleep, and exercising regularly are all important factors in sustaining good health. While smoking cigars may carry health risks, these can vary depending on factors such as frequency and overall lifestyle. It’s essential to consider all aspects of health rather than focusing on one habit alone. To see the report, check out the video linked below. VeguerosMAN Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 Nicotine actually has many benefits, such as one's mental focus and boosting one's testosterone etc, according to some research. Just look at GOAT Jordan- he won 6 out of 6 NBA finals, 11 scoring titles, 5 MVP, highest scoring avg of all time, all while smoking 6 cigars a day. 1
Cigar Surgeon Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 The FDA tasked NASEM with finding health impacts from cigars over a year. And it isn't like these people are neutral in their investigation. After a year they could find no evidence linking cancer or even dental issues with smoking cigars. Now I'm not about to claim that there aren't health consequences, because I'm sure there are, but cigars are not cigarettes and the health risks are not remotely the same. Good for her. 1
