Popular Post Ford2112 Posted June 24, 2024 Popular Post Posted June 24, 2024 A cigar gifted me by a buddy, which I had never heard of. This sucker had been sitting in my glove box for like 2 weeks 🙄. Our humidity is pretty high where I live so it probably didn't affect the flavor anyway. So it's not a bad looking wrapper at all, and on the cold draw I'm getting pure cocoa, like to the point I thought maybe it was somehow a flavored robbers. Upon lighting no, it is just a cocoa-y cigar. 1st third, cocoa and toasted tobacco. That's it, very enjoyable actually. 2nd third is pretty much the same, no edges. I am enjoying this a lot more than the Giants game at this point, which was actually a bid for a perfect game from Sonny Gray until Bailey hit a homer, but that's for another thread. Final. Other than the last third the construction was good. I had to relight and touch up quite a bit. I'll be honest this cigar surprised me. I wouldn't turn one down if offered again, although I doubt I'd seek it out as it was rather a 1 trick pony. I don't have a rating system at the moment so take this review for what it is. This was no Padron but it was better than some premium NC I've smoked. 7
