Favorite childhood memory: My grandpa asking my brother and I, “you boys want to go to the ball game?” The potpourri of cigars, beer, hotdogs and pretzels. Over the loud speaker- “Now batting for the Yankees, numba seven, Mickey Mantle! Mantle is yo’ batta!!!”

I cannot remember grandpa asking anyone if they minded if he smoked his cigar… 🙄

I remember going with my dad to see the Blackhawks at the old Chicago Stadium. Fedoras and cigars as far as the eye could see. Which wasn’t very far through all the smoke 😁
