Quintero-Brevas (ATL DIC 23)

I expected this to be a light smoke so I took them to smoke while fishing. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to feel a medium body that only got stronger the more I smoked. The smoke is still harsh but I could make out some notes of cocoa, some wood, and pepper. There was plenty of twang as well. Smoke time was approximately 1 hour.

Since there was barely any bite I ended up smoking 2 of them. Would definitely recommend.
