Popular Post JoeyBones777 Posted June 7, 2024 Popular Post Posted June 7, 2024 Decided to round out my Fab 5 reviews this weekend with the Desnudo VI. These are from the second run, since the first run sold out before I could get any. The first third started off with a nice honey sweetness and seems a bit richer right off the bat than previous examples were from this bundle. The burn started to canoe at light up but I wasn't worried about it and it did correct itself quickly. There is a little pepper zing on the tongue, baked bread, light cocoa and honey. The aroma is fantastic. The second third is much of the same. The baked bread is a little closer to a sourdough. The burn isn't perfect but keeps correcting itself. The finish brings in some leather. The sweetness now comes in and out from one puff to the next. The final third is earthier, a bit more savory but still well balanced by the honey sweetness. I did have to touch up the burn. This vitola probably has the best aroma of the Fab 5's. What can I say, it's great. A 94 pointer, likely, with some upside. An hour and 40 minute smoke time with great progression and complexity. I didn't want to put it down but also didn't want to burn my fingers. I'm looking forward to trying more of the blends, especially, the dalia, which is my favorite overall vitola. 11
chasy Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 Every cigar I’ve had from the Fabrica team has been a treat. I reach for them as often or more often than I reach for Cubans. With the most recent price increase, I struggle to think of a better cigar available today than the Fabrica lines. 2

If you need an extra taster for the final blend, I'd be willing to take one for the team.🤪 Good to hear it is that far along. Looking forward to it.
ViscountDick Posted June 24, 2024 Posted June 24, 2024 Smoked a few of these now, outstanding construction and perfect draw. I loved the petit corona format nudie, the Canonazo is a bigger version IMO. I get coffee/chocolate/leather/burnt sugar cookie throughout. Medium strength and finish. Nice. 1
