We’re using the wrong cutters

Saw this on marketplace recently. Advertised as “chilli/cigar cutter”. Does anyone legit find this is a use in the chilli space? I wonder what high end chilli cutters look like. The website doesn’t seem to exist. 
 

I love a good cross use. The local favourite cigar lighter is a brûlée torch from Aldi.
