Shutting this topic down. There are no legal lounges anywhere in Ontario. The weather is warmer now, so smoking outdoors is an option. But not at any patio  bar, restaurant, etc. That's against the law too. If anyone has any suggestions for the OP as to where one can smoke, please send a PM instead of posting openly.
