Popular Post JoeyBones777
The draw is a little snug but, upon lighting I am able to get decent smoke so, it should be fine. It is medium-light in body with sweet cocoa, cedar, roasted nuts and cream. The aroma is fantastic. Second third is more of the same but the body is up a tick. The ash held on quite well given its ring gauge. Was able to get a couple inches before it bouncing off my thigh onto the floor. Nothing on for pant protection! My shorts were fully exposed for maximum ash induced fabric damage. If only someone would invent a solution to this plight of the cigar enthusiast! Final third and the body increases a hair more, close to medium now. The flavors are all the same and balanced. Nothing really popping out as dominant. The draw has opened up a bit which is probably why the body came up. Another inch and a half or so of ash dropped nearly hitting my shoes! That was a close call but the shoes are fine, thankfully! In the end, it was a decent Monte 1, albeit, not the finest example, barely hitting a 90. Hopefully, the rest in the box will live up to what I know these can be.
