Proprietor Mike Simmons has made a masterpiece of a lounge that demands your attention and patronage. A KCK native, Mike has delivered with a version of a lounge in which he would love to smoke.

The building itself was built in 1880 and still holds its old world charm. The wood floors are original and are older than all of us. The walls are original exposed brick, and furniture is an array of sophisticated leather chairs and sofas that will allow you to revel in the cigar of your choice.

Every Friday and Saturday night there is live jazz at The Shop which only adds to the ambiance. During the Summer months, the garage door opens to the street of this Strawberry Hill neighborhood which brings its own charm as well. The Shop in KCK is where the past meets the present and your palate meets nirvana.
