Bolivar Petit Corona band

I'm enjoying one of my Bolivar Petit Coronas, which I think is a great everyday smoke and when  pulled the band off, I noticed a signature or something on the back of the band. Has anyone had something similar on any of their bands?

The roller needed some space to test a ballpoint that was giving them some trouble. That label was the first thing at hand. That's my guess at least.

I had a lady's phone number once. Actually that's not true.

I have seen it before in pencil and pen. Those bands are printed in Cuba. I always guessed it was an internal count system.

Interesting... I thought they imported bands from vrijdag?
