eaglebear29 Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 First 3rd Wood is the main tone on the pallet, crème is trying it to come through. Second 3rd More cream with the wood, and it’s all a little sweet like bread. Final 3rd Crème is the main tone, with dark wood that’s almost like burnt pencil shavings. Very subtle notes of honey on toasted bread that’s trying to come through. Nub stage is pure deliciousness This things got a few years of age and already really shines Finger burn stage (I sure missed my toothpick) Really surprised with how creamy this half corona got in finger burner stage Overall great smoke despite the cold dry weather, and having to light it a few extra times. I am only going to take away half the points because of the cold, it wasn't the cigars fault. I seemed to have to smoke this thing hotter and quicker than I normally would because of the cold, so it scored bonus points here; I'm just gonna give 2/3rds of the points back for the burn issues, because despite smoking it so fast to keep it lit, it had no bad taste, no ammonia, really surprised me in the finger burn stage. If it would've stayed lit, it might be a 93/94, especially if I was able to smoke it slower. It just seemed like a battle to keep it going and kind of like it was rushed a little along. Despite all that, great CC right here. Another one I would gladly throw in a pipe. 92/100 1
