The JL1/2 and PSD4’s have been so good recently…I can care less that CoRos pricing is out budget anymore

JLS1/2 have been standout amazing recently.

Partagas Shorts was a big surprise / revelation for me this year. An amazing short smoke.

But otherwise my top 4 would be:

3. HDM EE 

4. PSD4

@MagicalBikeRide offered his top 4 standouts (which is fine, by the way); however, the original request by @El Presidente was to suggest a TOP 10 (or indeed, up to 10) list of Cuban cigars based on 2022/23 production. D4 came into 2023 as the most popular cigar coming out of Havana and for a very good reason. They were on fire. 

The Epi 2 for me was the 2023  star. Today, I would pick it before any other 2023 cigar if offered. 

JLS2 is a favourite of mind and still stays in the mix for my personal top 5. 

JLS1 pipped the JLS2 in 2023

H. Upman Magnum 54 is consitently the best Upmann on the market. 

Hoyo de Monterrey Rio Seco is the most unique H=oyou blend that I love. 

Ramon Allones Specially Select can't be kept ou4t of the top 10. Consistently available and smoking as good as ever. 

Bolivar Belicoso Finos had come off the boil after a superb 2021/2022 but still one of the bes7t cigars being produced if you enjoy (like I do) a little palate heft. 

Por Larranaga Montecarlo have been on point. 

Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchills were my 2023 surprise packet.

Hmm.. haven't had one HDM Epi 2 this year only Epi 1's.  WIll have to try some before the year ends.

Interesting to hear this - Epi 2 is the cigar I bought most in 2023.
