Initial Thought: The cold draw did not have much going on but the wrapper had a nice sweet scent. The draw seems like it will be a touch tight.

1/3: The initial lighting had a nice cinnamon spice hit to it. That tapered down after the second puff. There is quite a bit going on flavor wise. It’s savory at the core but notes of cinnamon, minerals, and nuts show through. The finish has enough sweetness to be balanced. The smoke output is very generous given its ring gauge. I’d say this is medium bodied and medium strength.

2/3: In the second third, the body and strength seemed to ramp up to medium+. The profile has taken a nice shift too. A nuttiness and toasty bread notes seem to be the core now. Only occasionally, I get the savory notes that I had in the beginning. The background has a pleasant salty sweetness, it is a profile that I can not attribute to anything familiar. The retro has a slight sweetness and white pepper note.

3/3: Coming into the last third, the spiciness and saltiness have ramped up. I am still getting toasted bread and savory notes. The background has a nice almond note to it and a touch of cinnamon. I can start to feel the nicotine now. Getting near the band, I have some honey notes coming through that play nicely with the toasty bread.

Final Thoughts: The construction was 100% perfect all the way through. That is something that is rarely said about CC’s. The smoke output was great and had a nice creamy texture. I doubt this box will see a second birthday.
