Apologies for the poor photo quality. But came across this in my searching today. 

Hard to make out who it's compliments of: E. Benitez is the most I can make out. Ring any bells for anyone??

Found a couple of references for "Jose Diaz Campon" in books.google.com this was the only one that was actually shown for viewing.

It's from a book called Anuario militar de España1891

The next two references for the name show up in books from 1978 and 1990 respectively. Given the look of that humidor.  Late 1800's/Early 1900's.

What does the "Dn" title mean?  Or is that a "Dr/"  can't see it too well.
