Bolivar Belicosos Finos TEO JUN 18 (T5RW)

This box was acquired in a trade from @RDB but originates from FoH and was designated PSP grade. They have 5 years age on them and the oils have left the paper in the box typically yellow.

I was set up in front of a chimenea as the weather approaches being welcoming to smoke outdoors in once more!

Draw was perfect and smoke output high. Smoke was thick and viscous but the wrapper did require regular touch-ups.

Flavour was primarily woody, with a hint of sweetness coming from a burnt treacle note that also led to the smoke tasting dark and chewy. Very enjoyable.

The stick was consistent towards the end of the final third, when it began to lose a bit of the sweet/sticky quality to the smoke that was the key feature of what was making it so enjoyable. I wasn't paying attention to start / finish times but it was approximately 1hr20 smoking time until set down.

Thoroughly enjoyable, particularly the first two thirds. And a great vitola!

Score of 88 this time and expecting to have further great experiences from this box.
