Kinda hard to make it out. But it looks like it could be ARG? 

If so then it's the same factory as more recent codes, UTL->MTS->BRT

Yes. I have ARG Dic 2014 Cohiba Robustos Supremos and ARG Jun 2015 Cohiba Siglo VI. Both are smoking superbly at the moment.

ARG is the Villamil factory in Artemisa. TLP code in the 1980s-1990s, although there were only two factories in Artemisa then--now there are eight.

Correct, but MEL first. ARG->MEL->UTL->MTS->BRT. 

I recall many good boxes with these codes.
