... I was a Sophomore in college, only smoking Parti Shorts since that was all I could afford at the time.

Where were you and what were you smoking?

I remember the game when Drew Bledsoe got injured and Brady took the field for the first time. Went in to carry them through the season. It was amazing. Has the Goat finally retired for the last time? We’ll see. I think he has though.

The 2001 season was a difficult emotional time for me.  My girlfriend at the time had just died during the playoff's and seeing the Pats win the Superbowl was a massive ray of light.  I celebrated with a BBF from a SLB she bought me while visiting Cuba a few months earlier.

When Bledsoe was called in to be QB while Brady was out is the stuff of legend.  What an amazing season.  Vinatieri; wow.  Pats were just all that and then some.

Brady should've never moved from Brookline.  His family life went downhill quick from there.  Overly selfish, but TB's only true love's initials are NFL.

One play off game, Bledsoe was called in to replace Brady.

I don’t remember that, did he win? Bledsoe was a good QB but he folded under pressure….The legend that season wasn’t Bledsoe.
