El Presidente Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 Is there anything harder than putting together a will?. Particularly one that takes into account various corporate entities? Off an on I am into month four of getting my will updated/re-draughted The corporate, legal, and accounting minefields leave you holding your knees and rocking from side to side. I am starting to understand why so many people leave this earth without one! Rant over
Popular Post amberleaf Posted November 16, 2022 Popular Post Posted November 16, 2022 I wanted to make sure my wife and family never forget me when I've gone, so I've left everything to the local cat rescue charity. 1 7

Rant over I'll happily provide will advice in exchange for a section in your will for your entire Cohiba and Gran Reserva/Reserva stash Rob But seriously, yes, it is a total ball ache. I've just left everything to the better half which is a lot easier without kids etc. etc. Good luck!

That is in the US legal and tax environment though. Similar (I assume) are our Testamentary Trusts
LordAnubis Posted November 17, 2022 Posted November 17, 2022 In Islam it’s actually very clear. One of the clearest things in the Quran inf act. The only will needed is the white man legal will that says “to follow the Islamic will principle”. Convert mate 😂 3

Also if 4 wives are not enough you can have extra fixed term temporary marriages. Also given today's environment just state in your will that you identify as Muslim solely for the purposes of disposing of your estate.

Or convert to "alternative" Islam where they say they are Muslim, but eat pork, drink booze and only pray whenever their more strict relatives are watching.
