HAVANA TIMES – With the doors closed, the interior empty and a “For Sale” sign in the window, a private restaurant on Infanta Street, in Central Havana, is one of the many businesses for sale in Cuba, where the economic crisis and mass exodus have made entrepreneurship an almost impossible path.

Very sad.  How a country of ~12M can be so woefully mismanaged is criminal.  There are cities with more people that function and organize their public and  private  enterprises with better efficiency.  Crony Capitalism was replaced with Crony Communism.  Once again illustrating that human nature is the root cause of systemic failures.  More than the systems.
