Partagas Maduro 1 LMB SEP 18 (PRW)

The aroma and oil on these are amazing.  Dark chocolate, nuts, barnyard and cedar. 

But unfortunately that’s where it stops. Last night was the 6th or 7th from the box and I keep hoping they get better. Normally don’t have any issues with Partagas at all - P2, E2, D4 and Lusi are some of my favorites. 

Tasted bitter right off and impossible to keep lit. Gave up little under halfway and reached for a reliable maduro - the Nudie N1. That went perfect with the tequila. 

Going to tuck that box in the back and not look at it for a couple of yrs - either gets better or I completely forgot win either way.
