When traveling for work - I’m usually up and out by 0800 and not back to the hotel until 1800-1900… by that time I need something that won’t take too much time before needing to get dinner but still delivers great flavors. 
 

Enter the Montecristo Media Corona.  A great 20-30 minute cigar that brings everything great about Montecristo. 
 

In such a small package - all cocoa, coffee, and cream - and as with most of my favorite Cubans - I find it pairs best with a flat white.

This is a consistent cigar that delivers Montecristo flavours through and through. I have found it to be far more consistent in flavour delivery than the H. Upmann Half Corona. The HUHC can reach dizzying heights and deep lows within the same box. 

I will normally gravitate to a Monte 5 if given the choice but I I am not sure the Monte 5 is a superior cigar to the Monte Media Corona.  The MMC is a masterful blend.

Agreed!  This box of Media Corona was PSP from 2/9/22 -and I find myself reaching for them a lot more often than the HUHC I have on hand.

When I want a punchier Montecristo I will reach for the 5. If I want a more refined cigar I will grab MMC. I enjoy both.
