phantomwhiff Posted May 10, 2022 Share Posted May 10, 2022 A warm hello from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I'm an American, originally from Des Moines, Iowa, living in sunny Saigon. After living here for several years it occurred to me that I am now legally able to enter a b&m store and purchase a Cuban cigar. Having never tried cigars, I figured this would be a one time novelty experience. Big mistake! I'm hooked. It's been a blessing to my palate and a curse to my pocketbook... The salesman at the local LCDH has assured me I've nothing to worry about wrt the recent price hike news because prices in VN are already higher than HK! If anything, the prices will go down 😄. Anyways, have been lurking here for about 6 months. Thankful for the wealth of valuable information this forum has offered me as I continue to explore the world of Cuban tobacco.
