No one knows what it is, what causes it. No one can even prove anything ties any of these "cases" together. But now the Cubans/Russians are using this "weapon" on the front lawn of the White House?!?! I think its well past time to find a new patsy. I think members of our Government are watching too much of "The Americans"

"We don't know what it is, who it is, how its happening and there isn't any evidence" They do take it a couple steps further though. "Rape vans" rushing away from the scene of the crime (un traced, in DC) Now Blindness is new symptom, dogs barking at night in Havana is a super rare occurrence now(its not, at all). Keep in mind, we all have "directed energy" devices in our pockets, about 12 hours a day, every day. Maybe we've all been 100% wrong about all of Physics for the last several hundred years. Thats really the only explanation that could even begin to tie all this together. They only admit they don't know anything and cant prove anything in the last ~4 minutes of the video. 2

When they took them out, they was all speaking Spanish!!! I’m still all-in about them Italian satellites... 😳
