Uploading profile photograph , Having trouble…to do.

I have a black silhouette instead of my profile picture… I am having trouble because every time I try to upload one from my album on my IPAD I receive this notice…’’”1 file was larger than the maximum file size of 51.2kB, and was skipped’’”

Can anyone help, please.

Just make your profile pic smaller before you upload. Resize it to 200x200, and it will be small enough.
