I run into this thread from time to time:

Makes me wonder when the last cajons were made/sold. Don't remember seeing any post 1960 100 counts. According to CCW at least 3 hoyo vitolas only came as 100 counts: Versailles, Odeon, Opera.

Anyone know if there were post revolution 100 counts and if so up until when?

I've seen a 50 count dress box from 1960-1961 that hit bond Roberts and 50 count semi boite nature existed recently for Trinidad Fundadores and RG Cigarritos (2010). And 6 different 50 count slbs are still around. What other packaging went away? And when?

Cohiba Lanceros in vBN50 as recently as 2000ish, intended as a diplomatic gift. (Not sure where it falls in hierarchy, always guessed below diplomatic 'historic' cardboard B25, although it is more Lanceros for a smoker...).

The small book "Cubatabaco - Luxurious Cabinets" from 1971 shows:

100 count: The Presidencial, the Partagas Assorted Humidor, the Especial

125 count: The Joyero

I'm assuming there were/are still 100 count diplomatic boxes, in addition to the 50 count ones.

Thanks!

I found a link on CCW:

Though it seems these might be more properly humidors than 100-count cajons (though having seen so few I'm not sure of the differences).
