It is a real issue. This:

good morning my dear friend...!!! Today I have been since I left the guard at work 6:00 am in a waiting line at the municipal pharmacy (I have like 100 people in front of me who slept here)

The situation is truly unsustainable ... there is no medicine and the government is only taking out twice a month and it does not take out enough or strong medicines like antibiotics 😭
The medicine that I am going to buy is a children's antibiotic Paola, thank god it's fine but I must keep it in storage in case she gets sick because everything is so bad and it gets worse and worse ... and I see on the news that children enter hospitals and die for lack of antibiotics and medicine .... 🤦🏻‍♂️ today is one of those days 🥺

And then this:

good morning my dear friend..!!! Yesterday I managed to reach these medicines, I will keep them as a treasure !!! Now I will be on the lookout for the next shipment of medications ... which will be within 15 days
