That croc is missing all it's teeth and part of it's lower jaw. It may be wild, but it lives on a croc sanctuary and is fed regularly. If it manages to get your arm between what remains of its jaws, it could break a bone, but it wouldn't be able to really latch on. Relatively safe... but I wouldn't do it.
