I am quite sure it is!

If it is a legitimate vintage band, it shows that QC has always been crap. 

If it is a fake band, they need to read "Faking it 101" again.

I see it all the time. The HU above is totally misaligned along the band but I've seen font moved around within the logos quite a bit. Examples below:
