Popular Post justince Posted May 17, 2021 Popular Post Posted May 17, 2021 Buddy gave me this stick, I can't speak for the box/age. I don't smoke Cohiba's often, but I figured since I smoked the Siglo I a few days back, I'd like to compare the notes. Beautiful day out, but time was an issue so I wanted something small. Habanos really did a good job here mimicing flavor profile. The Siglo I and Medio Siglo are extremely similar. I'd go as far as to say it's basically the same tasting cigar with a much larger ring gauge. Very nutty and creamy, with a pretty thick smoke texture. Remarkably smooth. Maybe up on the Siglo I in body, I'd give this a solid medium. The flavors are a bit more pronounced here, but that's to be expected with the ring gauge. Overall, I give it the same as the Siglo I. It's a very enjoyable smoke, but I really, really find it hard to justify the price tag on these. I understand its a Cohiba -- intended to be for special occasions; high end, the cigar for those Cristal/Don Perignon moments. Except, in those moments, I don't think a petit robusto would be my choice. 9
smbauerllc Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 Nice review Seriously considering picking up a couple with my next order as i love the Siglo II, so am curious about having the Siglo blend in a much larger rg. They are a little pricey though Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
