Another NC lonsdale, at least per the cigars given name. It's a bigger ring gauge compared to the CC lonsdales and the Lirio Rojo lonsdale. It started out with a pleasant creaminess in the first third. The second third took a turn and went harsh on me. It wasn't pleasant and I almost stopped smoking it but it transitioned back to a nice creaminess in the last third. Construction and burn were perfect throughout, so I don't think it was user error that caused the harsh second third. But who knows? Two thirds were good so I'd give it an average score.

2/5.

Interesting. I've never had a cigar go from harsh to creamy, especially deep in the final third. Let us know if subsequent specimens perform the same. And yeah, more of a churchills than a lonsdale by the look of it.

Lonsdale or Churchill, either way it fits into this weeks reviews. I only have one and not necessarily looking to buy another, but maybe someday I'll try another.
