-200 when trying to load pictures

Not able to insert or move pictures into forum topics.

I get this same error when I was trying to attach a picture in a new thread.  Attempting to upload a jpg file which has been the usual format I've used in the past.

Sorry, an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file.

(Error code: -200)
