Montecristo #4 RUB May 18 (L&SRW1)

Normally my go to short smokes are partagas shorts and Trinidad Reyes. I’ve reviewed them in the past so I decided on the montecristo #4. When I first purchased this box they were kinda bland and I feel like a few years of age on these really did the trick. Most of these have had a tight draw and I needed my perfect draw tool to open them up a bit, I probably should have dry boxed it. What I get from these is creamy coffee, chocolate and a little spice, some twang with a nice aroma that filled my car. The last inch or so got a little bitter, I was drinking a black coffee with it, I probably should have put a little milk in the coffee. Overall I’d rate this a 91/100. I have maybe six of these left that I’m going to check in another year or so.

I have a box of RUB MAY 19 that have been cocoa bombs.   They are one of my favorite short smokes.
