First 3rd: smooth with wood forward notes. Second 3rd: peppery. Increase in body. Enjoyed quite a bit Final 3rd: little bigger. Tanic with wood and pepper staying the same. Final thoughts: very nice, smooth, and enjoyable. I will age these for sure! 13
