sho671
Setting: Mid-morning on 12/18/20. A little cloudy but the sun is shining through. Morning started around 26F and about 38 F at the end of the smoke. Paired with: French vanilla hot chocolate mixed with some dark roast coffee. Cut: Colibri V-cut. Pre-light: Slightly restrictive draw. First Third: I was hit with a blast of cocoa and coffee after the initial light but there might have been some carry over form my paired beverage. Notes of hay and grass followed and were present for the rest of the first third. Second Third: A nuttiness component started to emerge and unfortunately I had to relight the cigar at this point. Last Third: The last third was dominated by a bitter cocoa/chocolate note. Overall a nice light to medium smoke. 2-3/5.
