I wanted to celebrate the end of the seemingly never-ending US Presidential election, so I opened a new box of Monte 2's and poured a Russell's 10 Year Bourbon. I had a suspicion that this was too young (it arrived one month ago) to perform well, and my suspicion was spot on. The cold smell and taste were lovely, but it didn't want to stay lit, and when it did, the burn was consistently wonky. The taste was pretty good, but I am certain that next year, this will be a much better smoke.

Normally a good smoke - but I have the same issue - never waiting as long as I should to try one!  I am now trying to let all CC's rest for 6 month prior to smoking (and getting better results) but really tough to do.

By the way - great music in the back ground.  One of my all-time favorites!
