That one looks restored.
There’s one at a bar in a small town near me. I’ve tried to talk them out of it but to no avail.  
still has vintage 6v dry cell batteries in it.  Would be SO COOL to own one!!

And here is the instruction sheet from a different (but similar) model.  "fill with good grade gasoline" made me laugh.

If gasoline was recommended to be used in these lighters, I'm thinking versions #1 to #11 all exploded and severely maimed or killed the user.
