Got up early on Saturday, had a nice lift. Then went for a hike with the wife followed by a trip yo my favorite brewery, Paradox in Divide, CO.

Back at the homestead and its time for another pyramid. This time h uppman. This box has been great. These haven't been powerhouses but have been consistently good. Construction on this one looks up to par. First third is tobbaco and twang with a little spice and coffee. 

Second third would have been perfect with the barrel aged cherry sour beer with vanilla we tasted st the brewery. Too bad It wasn't available to go and they don't allow smoking on premises. Shortbread and cream in spades here. 

Sun goes down as the final third heats up with cream, coffee and shortbread. Another pyramid smoked to the nub
